BaymedixTM AT is a topical tissue adhesive. This developmental product is intended for clinical use to close surface wounds where sutures might otherwise be required. Adhesion to skin and tissue matches that of other topical products, while the flexibility is greatly enhanced in comparison. It is based on an entirely new curing concept that seals quickly but gives a physician sufficient time to adjust the closure if needed.
