Drug-eluting coatings
BaymedixTM CD products are drug-eluting coatings that enable programmable release of a wide variety of actives, from small molecules to protein therapeutics. Biocompatibility of these systems has been demonstrated by in vitroand in vivo tests. More information is available in our product overview.
BaymedixTM CD 500 is a coatings platform for tailored drug release made using a unique blend of hydrophobic and hydrophilic polymers. Tunable release has been demonstrated with a variety of drugs, including sirolimus, paclitaxel, IL-1RA, dimethyloxalylglycine and dexamethasone.
